Dennis Bartko
George “Dennis” Bartko is a Strategic Advisor at the Institute of Assured Autonomy where he focuses on accelerating the Institute’s efforts on assured autonomy through innovative leadership, teamwork, and communications approaches. As the principal and founder of Innovative Leadership Partners LLC, he most recently provided independent senior leadership consulting on cybersecurity, transformational strategy and technology to private sector clients. Bartko also served on the Board of Directors of the University of Nebraska’s National Strategic Research Institute. A civilian retiree of the Department of Defense with 36 years of service (including nearly 17 as a senior executive), he has extensive experience in cybersecurity, leading transformational initiatives and establishing new organizations. He also currently serves at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) as an adjunct instructor in the cybersecurity graduate program.
Bartko received a Master of Science in Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University
